Q: Is there a late fee for picking up my child late?

Late Fees: We are asking parents to pick-up children on time. It is not fair to the coaches to wait for late parents. Late fees will be charged to parents who are beyond 15 minutes late to pick-up their child. A $20 fee will be discounted from your credit card on file.

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL PARENTS:

Please note, if your child/ren require special medical aids such as an inhaler, epipen or other at school, they will need to have these medical items with them in order to participate in any afterschool program. Any medical aids that are kept in school offices are not accessible after school.

There will be a $20 charge to your account for being more than 15 minutes late to pick up your children.

Where do I pick-up and drop-off my child?

For convenience, all drop-off and pick up will be at the Pacific Academy Intermediate School Gym entrance on the Pacific Academy Campus at 10238 168th St., Surrey, BC (unless otherwise stated).

What is your Refund Policy?

PACE Refunds, Cancellations, and Course Change Policies are as follows:

Refunds: All requests for refunds must be submitted to PACE Director for review. All refunds, less a $20 administrative charge per cancellation, will be issued back onto the credit card provided at registration for all camp cancellations up to two weeks (14 days) before the first day of the camp. There are NO REFUNDS within the two week period before the first day of the camp. Pro-rating and refunds are NOT available for days absent, or for any other reasons.

Cancellations: PACE reserves the right to cancel a session by 5:15pm one week before the start date. In such cases, all fees for a cancelled camp/course will be refunded or transferred to a different session with space available. There will be no discounts for cancelled camps.

Course Changes: Course changes must be emailed to the PACE After School account at pace@pacificacademy.net and there may be a $20 administrative charge/course change fee issued. If there is then an amount owing, a notice will be emailed back and the participant will be switched into the new course selection upon paying remaining balance. There are NO course changes within the 2 week period of the first day of camp.
