CAMP OPTIONS
Photography
During this fun camp, we will get creative with our cameras and learn how to make a keepsake photobook! Bring your camera and learn about basic settings, composition, and light. We will be taking a field trip to Fort Langley where photo ops are around every corner! Then, you will create and publish a press-printed photobook to display your images. You will learn about design, colour theme, font styles and most-importantly, storytelling. You can use your photos that you take throughout the camp and/or bring some from home in digital form (on a USB stick). You may choose a theme such as a birthday party, a family vacation, your pets, or your group of friends. The photobooks will be printed offsite and will be available to pick up at the high school office in August.

Stories of Ordinary in the Extraordinary
Ever wonder what it's like to be a celebrity or a superhero? They've got something special, don't they? Well, guess what! So do you! Extraordinary is rooted in the ordinary. In this course, we will explore stories of how the ordinary transformed into extraordinary. Stories of inventors, artists, scientists, politicians; of God doing amazing things with anything we give Him, no matter how simple it is. We will discover some of our own ordinary things and find out how God can make them extraordinary.
