Refund Policy
PACE Refunds, Cancellations, and Course Change Policies are as follows:
After School Activities Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that programs are cancelled by Pacific Academy due to insufficient enrollment numbers or for any other unforeseen circumstances, parents will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
Parent-initiated withdrawals made up to two (2) weeks before the program start date will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $25 and the convenience fee charged at checkout.
A partial refund of 50% will be issued up to one (1) month into the program start date.
No refund will be issued for withdrawals after one (1) month of the program start date.
No prorating or refunds for days absent due to sickness, trips, or any other reason.
Late enrollment can be accepted up to one month after the program start date with prices being prorated.
All requests for withdrawals must be made in writing via email to pace@mypacificacademy.net.
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that programs are cancelled by Pacific Academy due to insufficient enrollment numbers or for any other unforeseen circumstances, parents will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
Withdrawals made before June 1st will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $50 and the convenience fee charged at checkout.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 1st.
Prorating and refunds are not available for days absent, or for any other reasons.
All requests for withdrawals must be made in writing via email to pace@mypacificacademy.net.
Program Change Policy
Course changes must be emailed to the PACE account at pace@pacificacademy.net and there may be a $25 administrative charge/course change fee issued. If there is then an amount owing, a notice will be emailed back and the participant will be switched into the new course selection upon paying the remaining balance. There are NO course changes within the 2 week period of the first day of camp/program.
